Our Story

Established in 1960 and refurbished in 2015, Hanwell House is operated by Homestead Residential Care Ltd. For over six decades, we've been providing exceptional care to the West London community.

Our team, led by registered manager Alan Kelly, is committed to delivering personalized care that supports independence, wellbeing, and community connection. We believe that every resident deserves to live with dignity, respect, and purpose.

We cater to adults aged 52 and above, including those with mild to moderate dementia. With 52 private rooms and a dedicated staff, we offer a homelike atmosphere with professional care standards.

Located in the heart of Hanwell, our purpose-built residential facility offers high-quality care for older adults. We're close to shops and public transport, making it easy for families to visit their loved ones.
